Yevhen Tsymbaliuk, Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), has stated that his speech at the ministerial meeting in North Macedonia affected some delegates' decision to boycott Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
The foreign ministers of Ukraine and Lithuania worked together to unseat Russia from the Executive Council of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), where it has traditionally had great influence.
