For those with a loved one suffering from addiction or mental health issues, there is a new opportunity to get support.
The Thumbs Up Foundation, an Airdrie non-profit founded by the Titus family, has launched the Harmonized Health Pilot Project.

In 2020, the Government of Alberta provided $500,000 in funding to support the initiative to create positive changes in mental health.
In the coming weeks, families in need of support are encouraged to sign up for the fully funded 10-week course.
