RAPID CITY, S.D. – Authorities say an individual associated with a youth camp at Thunderhead Falls has been arrested for possession of child pornography.
Javier Clark Moreno, 40, of Rapid City, was arrested for one count of possessing, manufacturing or distributing of child pornography.
The charge comes after local law enforcement executed a search warrant that revealed child pornography linked to an account tied to Moreno.
Additional charges are pending as the case remains under investigation.
Moreno has also served as the Black Hills area coordinator for the Salvation Army.
