with assaulting son
JERSEY SHORE Tiadaghton Valley Regional police are investigating a report of a father assaulting his son.
Daniel Fox, 33, of 409 Baer St., allegedly punched his son in the face, threw him onto the ground and repeatedly hit him, according to police.
The incident took place at a Maple Street house where Fox was picking up his son. One of the residents of the home allegedly broke up the fight, police said.
The son was taken to Geisinger Hospital in Jersey Shore for treatment of a laceration to the right ear that required stitches, as well as a right orbital fracture and multiple contusions.
