The project search, is an educational tool for the whole site and the interns involved and it educates them on how to work with the individual with disability and give the interns the opportunity to be immersed in a setting while being with their on site job coach and also starts the dialogue about the people with disabilitied being employed. This is mainly through the inner department, dialogue about how this program has been and how they want to participate in this program.
