TEXARKANA -- The list of area schools adjusting learning approaches in light of the COVID surge is getting longer.

TISD announced this morning their intention of closing all campuses starting tomorrow, Wednesday, January 12 through Friday, January 14. Monday is a school holiday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day so, in-person classes will not resume until Tuesday, January 18.

The Texarkana Independent School District has openings in their Tiger Learning Center in Nash Elementary. Openings are currently available for students that are ages 4-12 years in the Nash Elementary Tiger Learning Center After-School Program.
