Smug recently uploaded a video that highlighted his online session while playing as Sagat. In basically any Street Fighter game that Sagat is present in, Sagat is known for having a powerful fireball game that's used to bait jump ins with.
If Sagat is able to power up his Tiger Uppercut with his V-Skill 1, you can expect the anti-air to be particularly painful. Over and over again, Smug warned opponents not to jump in on him... but nobody seemed to be listening.
