Legislation in the state House and Senate would eliminate sales tax on guns and ammunition, and it would create tax incentives for gun manufacturers.

Senate Bill 39 overwhelmingly passed to the state house Wednesday. If signed into law, it would exempt diapers and other baby items from taxation.

Ohio would join nearly two dozen other states in not taxing diapers.
