Genevieve Meehan died from asphyxiation after Kate Roughley placed her face down, strapped to a bean bag and covered with a blanket. The nursery worker at Tiny Toes, in Cheadle Hulme, ignored her distress and showed only "sporadic" interest in her wellbeing for over an hour and a half.
