ITHACA, NY - A house on the 500 block of Spencer Road in Ithaca was struck by numerous bullets late on Jan. 29; the occupants of the home were unharmed. Some of these thefts have involved locked vehicles, with the suspect breaking the windows to gain access. ITHACA, NY -- Ithaca Police responded to several reports of shots fired in the Spencer Road traffic circle near Park Street just before 10 p.m. on Friday night, though nobody appears to have been harmed.
