There is a possibility they may see some opportunity for some immunity for some president ial decisions. If they decide it that way, it may have to go back down to the District Court which could cause further delay. I appreciate you not being sidetracked by somebody who apparently wants to scream louder than anybody else. Catherine, the lower courts have been unanimous that trump cannot claim immunity. Does that tell you something . I cant imagine theyre going to say a former president has absolute immunity for criminal acts. What will be a win for donald trump is if theyre saying were sending it back to judge chutkan to determine which, if any he would have immunity for and which he would not. Thats a win because that would delay the trial, which is already delayed. you can see places like north dakota staying red, red, ruby red. i obviously agree with that. but if you talk to people that are in the know in the polling area, in the republican party, they re saying that there s about 40 districts inside the margin offer, at least on the house side. that s sort of a miracle in some ways. and it s probably a tribute to the president s strategy. whether you like the strategy or not, he is forcing the agenda to bring more voters to participate in this house. how big is kavanaugh right now? is he still a factor or is he gone? i personally don t think he s as big of a factor. but that caught fire two or three weeks ago that helped create some of the momentum the president has created. does kavanaugh work in both directions or just one? i always thought kavanaugh was going to be a sugar high. a good feeling a week.
and i think the demonstration of not only the anger but the cloud of partisanship will haunt this court forever. it isn t entitlement to this position. what s in the best interest of the united states and supreme court? there is a long list of conservative judges they could go to and get confirmed before the end of the year. i don t know why we have landed on the idea that it is brett kavanaugh s to lose. tamara, i want to move to to you and the limitations of the fbi investigation into is kavanaugh. they are saying while the fbi will not investigate the third accuser, they will investigate christine ford and deborah ramirez. what do you think they ll ask of mark judge? they ll ask about his
