Tory mayor hits brakes on his anti-LTN stance after report shows fines make £2.5m a year
A Conservative mayor who campaigned against low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) has been accused of a U-turn after he made them permanent following predictions they will make £10 million from fines.
