PARKERSBURG The United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley has again exceeded its campaign goal, officials announced Tuesday.
The agency raised $1.115 million in the 2020-21 campaign, a remarkable figure in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic that impacted all segments of the community and hindered fundraising of non-profit groups for the past year.

PARKERSBURG Kraton Polymers is leading with the largest workplace giving campaign so far in the 2020-2021 campaign in the nine-county service area of the United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley.
During the company’s three-month-long United Way campaign, Kraton employee pledges, along with a generous company match, totaled $122,280 to benefit United Way and its partner agencies, Stacy DeCicco, executive director of the United Way Alliance, said.
