The Ontario government’s health agency is telling some hospitals to cease all surgeries unless it’s a life saving procedure or other emergency. The order is aimed at relieving COVID pressure on some hospitals but Todd Stepaniuk President and CEO of Middlesex Hospital Alliance says their hospitals being Strathroy Middlesex General and Four Counties in Newbury are not affected yet.
