nicole, thank you. well neighbors in ocean country cleaning up and checking out the damage after torrential rains caused big time flooding. >> we have some eyewitness video right here shot from the downpours, as they were flooding the streets. in toms river police rescued two dozen drivers stranded in flood waters. waters surrounded some homes neighbors say this happens too often. >> just totally ridiculous, that this is what we have to put up with. can't even get in your own driveway to park because the water is just way too deep. >> no one was seriously hurt. but police do expect some roads to stay closed today. of course, that reminder, if you see a road with water on it do not drive-thru t right now we check in with kate toy see if we have more storms expected today. what do you think katy? >> looks as though we will see couple of showers mainly southwest of philadelphia. toms river, ocean county should be in the clear all day here today. we go back in time, take a look what casino every rain actually fell in the area. looking at doppler estimated rainfall from the last 24 hours. and there is a big bull's eye centers right out toward some of the shore points. like seaside height, berkley then of course, where we just saw around the toms river area. but off to the south you probably ended up with maybe inch or two. meanwhile, just north in seaside heights, the estimation is that they pick up at least 4 inches of rain, in a very short amount of time. that's very obviously going to lead to flashflooding. now, at the moment, here on storm scan3 you do have few speckles of green. the one and only one actually verifying as rain coming down to the ground, is the one that's over kent county and crossing into the rest of the delmarva peninsula here in portions of maryland. at this point it, has since fizzled. there was even flood advisory posted when that at one point but now it is really just bringing behind with it a couple of residual showers that because we're on the tail end every warmfront in that location why you are seeing bit of wet weather. further north from philly on northeast, do not worry about wet werth. specking more sun than anything temperatures top off eventually from where they stand now in the 60s even 50's back to the 80s for most of you pretty nice shore day overall. 78 degrees with some sun we should easily hit the above average mid 80s once more in the city. vittoria? >> thank you so much. katie. right now rush hour is revving up, some of the beautiful sunshine that we have outside is adding a little bit more of a slow-down because it is causing some sun glare. how much, we start look now on your commute with the 42 freeway, notice traveling southbound, moving away, maybe headed down the shore using the 42, it is a clear ride. all the way through the atlantic city expressway if that's the route you are taking, maybe taking the scenic route 55, that also looks great. but, if you are traveling northbound on the 42, making your way approaching 295 starting to see few more vehicles out there. so, the rush hour is now beginning. here's a beautiful birds eye view of 95 at 452 as you will notice that beautiful sun just sort of cascading over the shot, in the trees here, even though it is not bus which rush hour traffic, it is an indicator that sun glare is out there. if you are traveling on 95, out of the northeast headed down toward center city, that's where we are starting to see the speed censors drop. if you are traveling on the schuylkill expressway, it is not awful just yet. still your average about 55, but i would say that won't last for a lot longer. generally speaking, our majors are still great when it comes to speed censors. later on tonight, the phils taking on the started a fire that damaged an apartment and a business in delaware county. firefighters got the call around 11:15 last night. over at connestoga frame shop in gallery. on the 900 block of connestoga road in radnor. fire officials say the fire started in a second floor apartment. >> this guy had candle in his bedroom. candle fell over. lit the bedding on fire. >> i saw flames coming out of the right side of the building smoke all over, and the fire companies coming fast. >> that fire was under control in less than an hour and no one was hurt. well, police may be closing in on suspect wanted for attacking women in south philly. the police released new surveillance picture they say gives them new time line of the attack on monday. investigators also recovered evidence after searching a home in connection with the case. in our next half hour, we will hear from a woman who believes the man police are looking for is her son. the army now says that technical failure may have resulted in the accidental shipment of live anthrax to labs across the us and south korea. the anthrax was shipped from utah to labs in nine states including new jersey and delaware. some also sent to air base in south korea the government is concerned about lab workers who may have been exposed. employees at delaware lan that received the anthrax are now taking antibiotics as a precautionary measure. >> now, new jersey state health officials have released a statement quote samples were removed from the affected laboratory by responders from the new jersey department of health. no employees or anyone affiliated with the private lab in new jersey have exhibit symptoms or received treatment. in about three hours voting gets underway in switzerland for the presidency of fifa governing body for say that person opened fire with a rifle around third and palmer around 11:00. twenty-one year old man was killed, three other injured including a 14 year old. >> meanwhile, investigators say, a candle that tipped over in a upstairs apartment is to blame for a fire at the connestoga frame shop in radnor. there were in injuries. >> floodwaters receding in toms river ocean county. authorities possibly arrest. yesterday, they row least the photos, close up photos of the man they are looking for in this case. they also searched a home for that man they did not find him. but, there we did find someone who just might be close to him. movement after police searched this south chadwick street home, they know who they were after. >> i want you to come home. get this cleared up. get everything straightened out so that you can be home here with me, i know you didn't do that what they are saying you are doing so please come home to your mother. >> she said she has not seen her son for days. bumm, knows police want to talk to him about assault on women in south philadelphia and point breeze. police put out these close up surveillance images of their suspect, taken early monday morning. based on surveillance time stap manies, they believe this man first broke into a home, on the 1800 block of rosewood street moved the victim's card to chat wick street and then returned to and pearl streets. the death toll from severe weather in the south is rising. twenty people are now confirmed dead in texas and oklahoma. fourteen other are still missing. drones running used to help guys. we want to check in briefly with the eyewitness weather watcher network. reporting pretty pleasant conditions. temperatures generally speaking anywhere from the mid or up ear's into the mid 60s or even upper 60s so definitely little milder further south you go. a place like smyrna, in delaware, has basically just mixture of some clouds and sun, 68 degrees sent into us from deidra, and again she's down across kent county. couple of showers rolling in across at least specifically the western edge that far county. but she actually dry for now. phil also sending sending in full sunshine, north wales 64 degrees, it is cooler, he said, less humid. pleasant start to the day. looks good outside. actually we take you over to storm scan, much wider zoom, showing you the next system starting to get its act together. technically warmfront lifting in here. that's why s southwest counties could end up with quick shower today. most of us are dry. but here is the combination of this next storm storm center up here, cold front drapes back here, moisture being drawn in again across the lone star state. meanwhile, that is a spot at this point doesn't really need the rain, as we all well know, with all of the flooding that's gone on there. place that real coy use the rain at this point well it, goes right back to the west coast, california, western nevada. however, we zero in on the even into monday with the next front essentially stalling out. so tomorrow looks steamy, sunshine, and we can expect to see these temperatures rebounds to about 80 degrees as we look ahead to sunday. an accident situation compromising at least the shoulder right now. looks like they moved the accident from blocking the left hand lane, the shoulder here. but his is if you are traveling 476 southbound right around lima spring fields. notice it is causing quite a back up. usually, southbound the blue route around this area is not too bad. but with sun glare little bit of rush hour traffic and now residual traffic and gaper volume from the accident. you are dealing with a big old something out there. so give yourself some more time. over to the schuylkill expressway, if you are yes. philly known around the country actually around the world for being great city of taverns and pubs, and all imports, local beers. fantastic reputation. >> kick off is tonight. not just a prepare. can i hold this? this is pretty heavy. >> yes. >> using it tonight. what do you use this for? >> we will tap the first keg collaboration beer called brotherly suds. we do it every year to kick off beer week. >> i heard you even got pretzels involved with one? >> right. >> this year's brotherly brewed flyer fish, about eight local brewers we came up with a idea for cezanne farmhouse style. so it is a little brady character. we said let's put philly spin to t so we put soft pretzels into the mash. making the beer, but it adds some character of list mustard, little salt to t so kind after meal in a glass. >> fantastic, i love that idea. also, one thing i love about this week, too the rest of the year you guys are competitors, fight to go get the number one beer. this week everyone comes together, flight. >> absolutely. we're always fighting but singing the same song. out there trying to, you know, get good beer into people's hands. >> yes philly brewers kind of wok together a lot. it is great. >> so many events this week. i look at the run done on the website. just so many options. and any favorite ones, if you are new there is you really have to check out? what do youy? >> i think opening tap tonight is a great way to start. but they have a great app. there is just so many different things to choose. but i would say opening tap is always a good way to start the week. >> tickets still cell still available, do you know? >> i think so. >> somebody not familiar with beer but trying to get it, look at the menu, all lagger, confused. can you walk us through the different types of beer you brought in today? >> sure. since it is the lightest one, philly pail. which is -- >> right here. >> light refreshing all with a little bit of crisp pop to t very approachable, you know, light in color. >> delicious. >> i guess next one would be the farmhouse. >> farmhouse summer all. this is based off belgium style. so lighter again, lower in alcohol, but nice interesting characters to it you get little bit of spicy necessary little lemon character and that's all from the east, great quenching summer beer. >> so new err to beer, typically light beer drinker those are the ones to try out first. >> way to judge what you like, always good place to start. >> you have the big boys here too, right in the. >> all right. so this is going to the hopper side red ipa. so a
