U.S. Senators John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer were joined by VA Under Secretary Matthew Quinn in Fargo to give some updates on the changes coming to the Fargo National Cemetery.
35 acres of land was transferred to Veteran Affairs in early January, which has accelerated the project as they now prepare to get the facility up and running.
It will have a chapel, restrooms, and multiple rooms to maintain equipment by the guard. But most importantly it will be a safe place for families to gather after a memorial service.
