Effingham Police arrested 29 year old Tomas Canfield of Effingham for aggravated battery to a police officer (x4), flee/elude police officers, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene with vehicle damage (x3), criminal damage to state supply property (x2), reckless driving, improper lane usage, drive on sidewalk, illegal use of cell/text, unnecessary use of horn disposition. Tomas was taken to the Effingham County jail.
Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Dalton G. Higgs of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Dalton posted $575 and was released.
Effingham Police arrested 56 year old Delois E. Butler of Effingham for DUI/alcohol. Delois was given an NTA.
