Duterte has issued three new proclamations reserving parcels of land for Information Technology (IT) centers and an industrial park. Duterte signed Proclamation No. 1391 creating and designating a building and the parcel of land located along 1 Theater Drive, Circuit, Barangay Carmona, Makati City as an IT center.
