Oasis Systems LLC: Oasis Systems Awarded $543 Million Contract to Support USAF Cyber Testing BURLINGTON, MA / ACCESSWIRE / April 13, 2021 / On April 6, 2021, the Air Force Test Center (AFTC) Advisory and Assistance Technical Services Division located at Eglin Air Force Base, FL awarded Oasis Systems, LLC the Technical and Management Advisory Services (TMAS 2) 96 Cyberspace Test Group (96 CTG) contract. Under the 5-year award valued at $543M, Oasis will provide expertise in support of the 96 CTG, which is the lead Air Force organization for directing Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)/Cyber Systems Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E). The 96 CTG is comprised of three Test Squadrons (TS). The 45 TS is responsible for software functionality of command and control, mission planning, and business enterprise systems. Speegle Construction in Niceville, Florida gets contract for more work at Eglin

NICEVILLE A Niceville construction contractor with a long history of work on Eglin Air Force Base has been awarded a $22.1 million contract for the ongoing design and construction of a software reprogramming laboratory for the F-35 Lightning II fifth-generation stealth fighter jet. The contract award was announced Thursday through the U.S. Department of Defense.  Speegle Construction Inc. was one of 12 firms that bid on the project, involving a second phase of work on the The Australia Canada United Kingdom Reprogramming Laboratory (ACURL). Like the United States Reprogramming Laboratory immediately next door, and the nearby Norway Italy Reprogramming Laboratory, the ACURL is involved in the ongoing development of “mission data files” for the F-35.

The US DoD on 6 April announced three ‘advisory and assistance services’ contracts, totalling more than $1.2 billion, to be performed for the 96th Cyberspace Test Group at Eglin AFB in Florida. Oasis Systems received the largest contract (worth $543.27 million) from the Air Force Test Center at Eglin, followed by Torch Technologies ($474.99 million) and the CQ JV between Canvas Inc and QauntiTech ($213.61 million). Work on all three contracts will be completed by 30 September 2026.
