A tornado emergency which is the highest level of warning was issued for marshall town as a strong tornado touched down in the the city shortly before 4:40 yesterday. it started very close to the downtown and did lead to damage. you can see brick building that was basically torn to rubble and just laying in the sidewalk and the streets here. the clock tower on the courthouse, also taken down there and time stopped on that clock tower. it caused damage. some of the worse occurring in the resident...
