Ketchikan, Alaska (KINY) - On Jul. 12, the Southeast Alaska Cities Against Drugs (SEACAD) Taskforce contacted 26-year-old Torrin Latimer of Prince of Wales, 54-year-old Acher Honnen of Washington, and 29-year-old Chanel Mackie of Washington near the 4200 block of Don King Road in Ketchikan.
