To "four airlines," CarTrawler chief commercial officer Aileen McCormack said, ancillary revenue is already the "predominant revenue source." He calls this phenomenon the "ancillary revenue revolution." However, in our industry, up/cross-selling seems to be perceived as mainly a "vanity metric."
