IN THE COURTS: 15 people who have appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court. BERNICE JORDAN CHAPMAN, 27, of Sirdar Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment alarm or distress, and drug driving, driving without insurance or a licence. Fined £100 and disqualified for 12 months. Community order made for 12 months to include 60 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. JACK CHARLES BROWN, 23, of Leah Gardens, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £400 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
