YELLOWSTONE NAT’L PARK - Visitors to Tower Junction to Slough Creek will no longer need a day-use ticket starting Sept. 8.

Beginning Sept. 8, Yellowstone National Park will no longer require visitors to obtain a day-use ticket to drive the 6-mile road corridor between Tower Junction and Slough Creek.

Wyoming’s Department of Transportation will plow snow from the road to Montana’s Cooke City and Silvergate if Yellowstone National Park is closed to them next fall and winter.
