The Israeli startup, which helps cloud and data center customers maximize compute workload performance and reduce infrastructure and cloud costs, has raised $45 million since its founding in 2018

The chip giant is acquiring Granulate for its workload optimisation software in a deal that is reportedly valued at $650m.

Intel has not disclosed financial details of the deal, but the price is estimated at some $650 million.
