What to do this weekend in Denver: Bubble planet interactive exhibit, a free Biennial event, Denver Comics and Arts Fest, and

From international cartoonists to local creatives, the second annual Denver Comics and Arts Festival is revved up and ready to go.

It was a tough month with several notable closures, but 25 new spots also debuted including Rolling Pin Pizza, Dân Dã, Original by Greeks and more.

The list includes brick and mortar spots like Watercourse and Somebody People plus food trucks and pop-up like the Easy Vegan and WongWayVeg.

Set in a former Denver warehouse, this bar and event space is now home to Other Dog, Queen City and a Mercantile with nine vendors.

Other openings this week include Lilac Coffee Express and Rolling Pin Pizza, while Alpine Dog served its last beer.
