Child found unresponsive in Tyler motel bathtub By Stephanie Frazier | April 15, 2021 at 6:42 PM CDT - Updated April 15 at 6:42 PM TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Tyler police were called to a motel in north Tyler Thursday evening to check on the welfare of a child. According to Tyler PD PIO Andy Erbaugh, at about 5 p.m. Tyler Police officers responded to the Town House Motel, which is located at 2420 E. Gentry, after someone called in a report about a 6 year old found unresponsive in a bathtub in one of the rooms. The child was taken to CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances emergency room by EMS.

Updated: 6:33 PM CDT April 15, 2021 TYLER, Texas On Thursday, April 15 at approximately 5:00 p.m., Tyler Police Officers responded to the Town House Motel located at 2420 E. Gentry on a report of a 6-year-old child found unresponsive in a bathtub in one of the rooms.  The child was transported to Christus Trinity Mother Frances ER by EMS.  The child is in critical condition. However the exact status is unknown at this time because medical procedures are still occurring.   Tyler Police Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators were called to the motel.
