Sussex County Commissioners will reorganize in person
New Jersey Herald
NEWTON The renamed Sussex County Board of Commissioners will hold its reorganization meeting in person on Wednesday evening at the Sussex County Community College.
The meeting was moved this year from the Historic Courthouse on the Newton Green to accommodate social distancing guidelines. The first 70 attendees will be allowed into the Performing Arts Center, which normally has a seating capacity of 339.
Herb Yardley, who was elected to a second, three-year term in November, will be sworn in at the meeting, during which the board will also elect its director and deputy director, make various appointments and renew contracts.
