Town Release News Today

Town have announced that Matt Richards has become the eighth out of contract player to be released this summer. The full-back or midfielder has spent much of the last two years on loan at Brighton.

Town manager Joe Royle has released out-of-contract striker Alun Armstrong and midfielder Chris Bart-Williams. However, the Town boss has offered new one-year contracts to all the other seven players whose deals are up at the end of June.
