The Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s lottery drawing has increased to an estimated $129 million with a cash option of $89.6 million.
While no one across the country hit Wednesday’s $116.9 million jackpot, two second-prize tickets matching five numbers were sold, including one in New Jersey.
The $1 million ticket was bought at Township News Center on Mount Holly Road in Burlington Township, New Jersey Lottery officials said. The other was purchased in California.

The $1 million Powerball ticket sold in New Jersey for Wednesday’s lottery drawing was bought at a convenience store in Burlington County.
The lucky ticket, which matched five numbers but not the Powerball was bought at Township News Center on Mount Holly Road in Burlington Township, New Jersey Lottery officials said Thursday.

No one hit the $116.9 million jackpot pushing Saturday’s top prize to an estimated $129 million.
