Boy Scouts sponsor successful derby event in Owasco
Boy Scouts from Troop 21 sponsored the Longhouse Council, Towpath District Snow Box & Klondike Derby, themed "Blizzard Beach," on Feb. 5 at the Owasco Fire Department.
