The four-county GLOW region saw 142 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, as the number of active cases continues at their highest level since the pandemic arrived in the region in March. Livingston County matched Genesee County on Thursday with 187 active cases each. For Livingston County the total represented the most active COVID-19 cases in a single day.
