KUCHING: Smart traffic lights will be installed in Sarawak to improve vehicle flow, says state Transport Minister Datuk Seri Lee Kim Shin.

The lights display will be held from Dec. 7th through Dec. 19th and it goes from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
