Cincinnati police identified the woman as Paula Medel, 82.  Officials said Rafael Medel, 83, was backing out of a driveway at home on the 900 block Olive Avenue in a 2000 Ford Ranger right before the crash.  Paula Medel was on the sidewalk when she was struck by the Ford Ranger, according to investigators.  Police said she sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash and was transported the University of Cincinnati Hospital Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries. �...
