NYDFS Enters Consent Order With Insurance Agency
The New York Department of Financial Services NYDFS recently announced it has entered into a Consent Order with an insurance agency for alleged violations of New York’s Cybersecurity Regulation. The Insurance Agency agreed to pay a $1.9 million penalty to the NYDFS.
