Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday flagged off the updated version of the Vande Bharat Express train from Gandhinagar-Mumbai and took a ride on the high-speed train to Kalupur station in Ahmedabad.
The prime minister also inaugurated the first phase of the Ahmedabad Metro rail project on the second day of his two-day visit to Gujarat, where assembly elections are due by the year-end.
After flagging off the third Vande Bharat train between Gandhinagar and Mumbai Prime Minister Narendra Modi boarded the train for the experience and hence talked about how he felt, reports ANI.
