Floridas new republican governor is canceling a huge high-speed train project. governor rick perry rejecting more than $2 billion in federal money. he says the proposal which would cost floridians another 3 billion is just too expensive. high-speed rail may be a priority for the president, he talked about it in the state of the union, but republican governors in ohio and wisconsin have also scrapped plans for trains there. new jersey governor chris christie pulled the plug on a big train project...
