substantial assistance. so where do you see this case going now? >> yeah, thanks. yeah, that clip you played really gets at the heart of the definition of questions and dilemmas here and, you know, the precise content and conduct that would be covered by this case. at issue is whether twitter, facebook, google could be libel under anti-terrorist law for materials that are isis propaganda, training films, recruitment films that led up to various attacks in paris and istanbul, for example. and you heard there the lawyer for twitter trying to bring some clarity to the limits of liability. and in a separate exchange with justice brett kavanaugh it came out saying, look, companies doing business at arms length, the people actually posting this material and operating -- and

i think it's going to be very important, as jonathan says, to kind of cotidify to clarify that this is really important. they may be able to get to some of the problems some of the things that he did do. when he was in high school he did that martial arts. if you look at any of the training films of isis or isil that's part of their regiment. who knows if that is attached or not attached. i don't know. i think that this thing is starting to unravel at this particular point in time and i think that all of the information will become known. >> it's a very active investigation and there's a lot of people mourning as this investigation continues. alexandra, you're learning more about the victims and their loved ones and the community as well. what can you tell us? >> the grief is being directed at these four marines killed together at this marine and
