Time. joe biden has arrived in country to attend that event, and hell also be attempting to deepen further future ties with iraqis once u.s. troops pull out including defense and security agreements to the point that perhaps one day u.s. soldiers may return in a continuing training role. quite how many remains to be seen, and that also depends on the stability of iraq and whether iraq turns to the united states once more and asks them to come back and help in a more conflicted situation. back to...
