The race to secure places in post primary schools across Northern Ireland begins today (Tuesday) when the Education Authority’s online application portal opens at noon.

The transfer test in Northern Ireland remains as popular as ever and securing a place at a chosen school is a competitive business, but statistics show that integrated schools still remain the most difficult for parents to find a place in for their children.
