Happened earlier this week in a quiet peninsula neighborhood. While the carrier was on their route. And its not the only recent postal worker robbery here in the bay area. So what is behind this surge and whats the usps doing to protect workers . Nbc bay areas Christie Smith spoke with a postal inspector....
