Team was here negotiating trying to get the man to surrender. The home is on nottingham drive off of San Pablo Dam road in the city of el sobrante. The neighbors had been warned to stay indoors. As a matter fact, i spoke with the people that lived next door to the home and the father of two said that sheriffs deputys came to his door and evacuated him.
