(Document courtesy of DOTr) MANILA - The Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (DCCP) has lauded outgoing Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade for his support to the Dutch-Philippine business community and performance as chief of the Department of Transportation (DOTr). "We take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the dedication and commitment that you and your department have especially exemplified during your term of office," the DCCP said in a letter released by the DOTr on Monday. "We look forward to continuing working with you in whatever capacity the future may hold."
