Cat stuck in a tree finds rescue in MidAmerican crew Courtesy: MidAmerican Energy WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) – It may not have been an electric or gas emergency, but MidAmerican Energy crews rolled out their big bucket truck to help an unlikely customer: a gray cat. (Facebook) Courtesy: Travis McAtee According to Geoff Greenwood, a spokesman for MidAmerican, the cat had been stuck in a tree on Locust Street in Waterloo since Friday. People in the neighborhood, like Keondra Robinson and Travis McAtee, had been closely watching the cat and calling around to see who could help. Eventually that call landed at the MidAmerican facility nearby.
