So, i think theres some interesting questions about where things go from here. i think bottom line, the two sides have now got to come together, is it a quick language proposal that they agree on and we are back in delaware in a week or two, and hearing a guilty plea in this case is wrapped up? or do negotiations take a different turn, and this is something that lasts three weeks, four weeks, six weeks? and of course, the possibility exists. i dont think its very likely. but the possibility exis...

As far as the process goes for a pardon, according to the former assistant district attorney, rick kofer, he says he fully expects the pardon to be granted but it could take several months in texas, the trial process has to be complete before a pardon can be granted and that includes the sentencing phase, which has not happened in this case, and we could learn as early as today when that sentencing date will be set as far as the reaction, several state gop leaders are praising the governor for m...
