When stock markets resume trading on Tuesday in the holiday shortened week, a host of important domestic and global events lined-up during this week are likely to impact them. The underlying tone of the market remains positive. Major global markets will remain shut for trading on December 25, Monday on account of Christmas holiday.

Trident Techlabs IPO: The issue was subscribed 37 times by 11:20 am today with total share bids received so far at 16,89,24,000 against an issue size of 45,80,000 equity shares.

Indifra IPO is a fixed price issue of Rs 14.04 crore. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 21.6 lakh shares. The issue will end on December 26, Tuesday. The allotment of shares will likely be finalised on December 27 while the shares are expected to get credited on December 28, Thursday.

The three-day issue ended on December 20, Wednesday. The shares are likely to be credited into the demat account of investors by Friday and the initiation of refunds to those who have missed the allotment will also likely be done by Friday.

Trident Techlabs IPO is a book-built issue of ₹16.03 crore and is entirely a fresh issue of 45.8 lakh shares.

Analysts said the strong interest in IPOs is due to an increased focus on profitability and reasonable pricing of deals, at least relative to prevailing higher valuation multiples in listed peers.

Flood of IPOs next week | More than Rs 4,600 crore of fund raising will be taking place by the 12 companies in the coming week starting from December 18, after nearly Rs 4,000-crore worth of IPOs launched in the last week ended December 15.
