The Coastguard was contacted shortly before 8pm and told someone onboard a yacht had fainted. A spokesperson for HM Coastguard said: "Cowes RNLI lifeboat escorted the yacht back to Trinity Landing where they were met by Ventnor Coastguard Rescue Team and the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service."
