Much cooler now than it was earlier today. The cooling center set up here at the Senior Center closed tonight at 9 pm. Reporter during these power warnings keep your thermostat at 78 degrees, turn out your lights, dont use appliances during the day, and use fans to keep cool. I talked with a number of people in pleasanton. Most not aware of the power warning or flex alert that has been put into place. Everyone saying they try to save electricity in still use it in other areas. Reporter with more hot temps expected in the coming days those here at the Senior Center likely get much busier. Live in pleasanton, j. R. Stone we have solar. So we are making energy. Keeping the dermis that at 78 degrees. Which for some people is pretty high. We definitely do not go that high.
