NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) â TriStar Health s first baby of 2021 was born at TriStar Summit Medical Center at 12:02 a.m.
Hospital officials said Harlow Rose Huntington rang in the new year weighing 6 pounds, 13 ounces, and 18.5 inches long.
Her parents, Rashon and Ashley Huntington of Lebanon, welcomed their healthy baby girl after she was delivered by Dr. Logan Williams, OB/GYN. She joins big sister Hailey Ray, who is 8 years old.
Ashley Huntington shared the following statement:
âI would like to thank the medical team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. First, I want to thank Dr. Halcomb, who made me feel safe and encouraged throughout my pandemic pregnancy. Her expertise and gentle spirit made me feel at ease each time I attended an appointment. Secondly, Dr. Williams, thank you for providing coverage for Dr. Halcomb and delivering my beautiful and healthy baby girl! Y
L.A. company with $2.2B in assets now owns Oakwell Farms
A Hermitage-area garden style apartment complex has sold for about $58.8 million, with the new owner a Los Angeles-based company with about $2.2 billion in assets and 48 properties under management.
Located at 1800 Oakwell Farms Lane near TriStar Summit Medical Center, the property is home to Oakwell Farms Apartments.
The new owner is affiliated with Benedict Canyon Equities, which seemingly has made its first foray into the Nashville market. Company officials could not be reached for comment.
The seller was a New York-based partnership affiliated with Sentinel Real Estate Corp., which has during its 50-year history acquired and managed nearly 149,000 apartment units valued at more than $14.2 billion.
