AccuWeather hurricane experts are closely monitoring two zones of disorganized showers and thunderstorms between the west coast of Africa and the Cabo Verde Islands, saying that a feature can emerge into late week that will be the next tropical threat to watch in the Atlantic basin following Hurricane Lee and Margot.
